With the policy adjustment, cultural enterprises will usher in a new vital force. Enterprise culture mainly refers to the management of cultural products of economic entities, compared with other traditional enterprise ，its value chain is a unique properties. For culture of enterprise, business model decides the development speed and the key factors of height, influences growth and huge scale in future. In essence, the culture of enterprises is the competition of value chain and business model of competition. How to identify value-added value chain, construct the content difference, position clear and orderly competition business model has become the focus of attention of the enterprise culture. On the basis of reading a large amount of research literature, through combing the literature, this paper put forward reasonable business model innovation by the theory of value chain and the importance of the extension of value chain to the business model innovation ,and build the culture of enterprise in extension of value chain, design the culture enterprise value chain extension methods.
