I I 摘 要 摘 要 产业结构的优化调整是促进经济增长的重要因素。研究京津冀产业发展对于河北省 “十二五”时期产业结构调整和优化、推动经济可持续发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。 本文在参考国内外有关文献基础上，首先根据 2010 年京津冀 42 部门投入产出表和 2011 年京津冀国民经济和社会发展统计公报，对京津冀三次产业的发展现状和数据比较 分析。其次，针对京津冀产业结构的不同特点，通过对京津冀增加值、投入产出情况以 及产业发展的消耗系数、关联系数对比，分析了京津冀三次产业发展的异同，得出河北 省当前的支柱产业仍是第二产业，且第三产业发展迅速，但主导产业的产业关联度相对 较低、推动作用较小，高新技术业和服务业发展相对落后的结论。通过综合分析，得出 “十二五”期间河北省产业结构优化调整的建议：应加大资本投入、特别是加大农业投资， 稳固其基础地位；科学发展第二产业，提升第二产业的技术水平；大力发展第三产业， 进一步优化整体产业结构。 关键词 京津冀 三次产业 投入产出 II II Abstract Abstract The optimization of the industrial structure adjustment is the important factor to promote economic growth.The twelfth“ Five Year Plan” period is a new opportunity for the economic development of Hebei Province.
