AbstractThe Abstract The land is 1／leans of livelihood of peasant。S most important and basic production，and the most reliable social security of countryside tOO．Because the accelerating of industrialized process ofurbanization ofour country,the rural collective(the peasant)should lose some land unavoidably,the only way is the land acquisition that the collective land of our country is gained when being changed into state—run land．Because of the fifties last century of shaping of current land acquisition of our country,compared with socialist market modernization that develop rapidly,although it has been developed and perfected for many years，still demonstrate obvious lagging and a great deal of important issues urgently to be solved． In order to accelerate the system reform of land acquisition of Our country,make it be perfect constantly on original foundation，and in orderto solve a series of practical problems existing in the one’S own defect of system and system operation course，Oil the basis of the thing that define to the land acquisition concept and commenting the compensation theory of the land acqnisition，this paper analyzes the history existing to the system of current land acquisition of our country and practical problem appearing in carrying out，and on the basis of using system experience of foreign land acquisition for reference，has put forward to the countermeasure and suggestion of the system of land acquisition to perfect our current land acquisition． The full paper has four major parts altogether： First part：The definition of the basic conception of land acquisition and the compensation theory． Second part：The history ofland acquisition system ofour country and the main practical problem appearing in carrying out． The third part：National land acquisition system of the main foreign market economy and the enlightenment． The fourth part：The basic thinking and countermeasure of perfecting the system of current land acquisition ofour country． This thesis
