Unit 7 It’s raining. 教学设计 Section A (1a-2d) 大兴安岭地区新林区第二中学 庞文娟 Unit 7 It’s raining. 教学设计 Section A (1a-2d) 一、教学目标： 1. 语言知识目标： (1) 熟练运用本课所学词汇，学习询问天气的句型以及有关天气的答语、运用进行时描述正在发生的动作。 (2) 通过多种形式的练习方式来让学生们熟练掌握描述天气情况及描述正发生的事情。 2. 情感态度价值观目标： 教育学生善于观察天气，善于调整自己的情绪；了解世界各地的天气情况，增加世界观念。知道大自然的力量是神奇而伟大的，我们应当好好学习，立志学好科学知识，为长大后探索神奇的大自然，打好基础。 二、教学重难点 1. 教学重点： 1) 掌握询问及描述天气所用的语言及句子结构。 2) 会运用所学的知识在实际对话中描述天气及他人正做的事情。 2. 教学难点： 运用所学的目标语言，根据情境提示来描述天气和问答其他人正在进行的活动。 三、教学过程 Ⅰ. Warming up 1. Greet the Ss and introduce the background knowledge. In European countries, when people meet, they usually talk about the weather. 2. Talk about the weather. A: What’s the date today? B: It’s … A: The weather is good today. B: Yes, it’s sunny/cloudy/windy…. Ⅱ. Presentation 1. (Show some pictures of the weather) Let Ss look at the pictures and ask them to say out the signs about the weather. Ss learn the new words and expressions with the help of the pictures. sun—sunny cloud—cloudy rain—rainy snow—snowy wind—windy n. + y ----- adj. (sunny) 2. To introduce the sentence patterns about weather by using the maps and pictures. --How’s the weather in Beijing/Shanghai… -It’s windy/cloudy/… 3. Look at the pictures in 1a. Then read the new words on the right.
