摘 要 在现代商品流通的环节中，物流配送起着重要的作用，它是联系生产者和销售者 的重要纽带，是供应链的重要组成部分，也是影响企业管理水平和服务水平的重要因 素。 物流配送中心的主要功能是调节库存促进生产和销售，提高客户满意度。物流配 送中心涉及的主要业务有：入库管理，库存管理，出库管理，配送管理，订货管理， 财务管理，退换货管理等。物流配送中心的经营成本是企业经营成本中的一个重要的 组成部分，因此有效地控制物流配送的成本，可以为企业自身增加利润，同时提高企 业配送的服务水平进而提高企业的竞争能力。Witness 仿真软件是一款优秀的离散系 统仿真软件，在很多的领域等到了广泛的应用。Witness 仿真软件在管理领域也得到 了应用，并且取得了很好的效果。本文在分析甘草加工企业的物流配送中心工作流程 的基础上，通过 Witness 仿真软件对物流配送中心业务流程进行仿真研究。将可利用 的资源设为变量，设置仿真模型系统的目标函数，确定系统的绩效评价指标，采用 Witness 仿真软件自带的优化算法模块提供的模拟退火算法对物流配送中心的业务 流程进行优化研究，希望达到成本最小的目的。最后根据企业物流配送中心的现状提 出合理的解决方案，从而达到保持效率节约物流配送中心经营成本的目的。 在论文最后提出了 Witness 仿真软件对内蒙古天业甘草有限公司的物流配送中 心运作进行仿真建模的总结，指出其建立仿真模型明显的优点以及一些局限性。展望 未来，提出仿真模型需要进一步需要研究的一些问题。 关键词：物流配送中心； 库存管理； 绩效管理； Witness 仿真 Abstract In modern circulation of commodities link, the logistics distribution is playing important role. It is the importance link of a producer between seller, and it is the important part of the supply chain, and it is key factor which is affected enterprise control level and the standard of service. Main function of the logistics distribution center is the adjustment of the stock and sales, and the increasing the clients’ degree of satisfaction. Works of logistics distribution center included management of entering stocks, management of exiting stocks , management of stocks, delivery service, order processing, financial management, rejection of commodity and so on. Effectual cost control can increase profits of the enterprise and improving the standard of dispatching service will boom the ability to compete in the marketplace, because that the operational costs of logistics distribution center are a very important part of the business cost of the enterprise. The Witness is the excellent software, which has been used in many aspects. It has been used in management and has created good results too.
