Methods: Study the related concepts of Chinese medicine, analyze the knowledge system, which is used to construct the ontology of Chinese medicine and determine the concept system and classification. Results: The concept system of Chinese medicine was sorted out, and the classification and related attribute constraints were determined. Conclusion: Chinese medicine related concept hierarchy was made clear. Class system and related properties were determined. Chinese medicine ontology construction still need to clear, detailed, to ensure the accuracy of expression of the concept.
