内容 摘 要 在全球化和物流一体化的推动下，伴随科学技术的飞速发展， 以储存为主业的传统仓储已经不再能够满足社会的需求，仓储技术 逐步向系统化、自动化、无人化方向发展。因此，在许多大型制造 企业中，自动化立体仓库技术越来越受欢迎。与此同时，现代配送 作为一种先进的流通方式，得到了广泛的推广。仓储与配送单独运 营、互相独立的局面已成为历史，他们的结合不仅是现代物流一体 化的要求，也是仓储业和配送业在现代社会获得进一步生存和发展 的需要。 本文通过引入自动化立体仓库和现代物流配送的相关理论知 识，进而理解国内外自动化立体仓库与配送体系的总体现状。然后 结合上海汽轮机有限公司的自动化立体仓库，提出影响仓库运行效 益的若干配送调度问题，并探讨管理改进的策略，主要是从组织结 构、业务流程、配送方法、人员素质几方面入手，采用JIT配送、合 并策略、配送信息系统等方法对仓储配送管理优化改进，从而达到 提高立体仓库配送绩效，降低物流成本的目的。 关键词：制造企业、自动化立体仓库、配送管理、优化研究 II ABSTRACT Drive down in the globalization and integrated logistics ，with the rapid development of science and technology ，to save the traditional industry-based storage is no longer able to meet the needs of the community.
