内 容 摘 要 随着我国聚酯产业的迅速发展，根据聚酯产品中涤纶对 PTA 的需 求，我国 PTA 市场迅速扩张。在社会主义市场经济环境下，民营及外 资的不断进入，促进了我国 PTA 项目的投资扩建，PTA 产能不断地增 加,PTA 货物在市场上的流通量越来越大。企业为了提高 PTA 生产供 应等核心业务的竞争能力，将PTA 供应链物流环节承包于第三方物流 作业。由于我们我国第三方物流发展起步晚，经验缺乏，使得在我国 PTA 供应链在物流环节中还存在很多问题。而本文则通过第三方物流 企业——荣通物流，对PTA 供应链物流环节的分析与优化来阐述作为 供方和需求方以外的第三方物流企业，它该如何更好地为生产商、销 售商或最终消费者提供一个更专业、更便捷的物流平台，以提高其物 流服务质量水平。 关键词：第三方物流、港口物流、PTA 供应链、模式优化 III ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of Chinese polyester industry, the PTA market of china is expanding rapidly as the needs of the PTA raw material. The private and foreign investors continued to enter to the PTA market under the socialist market economy, which promoting the expansion of investment of PTA projects in China, increasing the capacity of PTA production and the circulating of PTA goods. To improve the competitiveness of core businesses, the company will contract in the third-party logistics with the PTA Supply Chain. Since of the lack of experience and the lately of the development of our third party logistics, there are still many problems in PTA logistics link of PTA Supply Chain. This article is through a third party logistics company-RongTong logistics, on the PTA link in the supply chain logistics analysis and optimization to illustrate the supply side and demand-side as an outside third party logistics, how it is better for the production, sales or the final consumer to provide a more professional, more convenient logistics platform in order to improve its logistics service quality standards.
