摘受摘要 摘受 摘要 世界经济一体化趋势已成为世界经济发展的趋势，各个国家和地区都在世界 经济发展浪潮中积极寻找自己的位置，而城市也越来越多地代替国家成为世界经 济竞争中的独立单元。在经济全球化的趋势下，城市之间的竞争日趋激烈，如何 提升城市竞争力已成为每个城市亟待解决的热点问题。 第一章在经济全球化格局不断深入发展的背景下对中国城市竞争力的理论 和方法进行探讨，以提升中国城市竞争力为目的。在综合分析国内外的城市竞争 力评价模型(如IMD国家竞争力模型、波特的竞争力模型、倪鹏飞的城市竞争 力模型等模型)的基础上，论述了博弈论应用于城市竞争力评价研究的必要性及 可行性。第二章分析城市间竞争的博弈(即不完全信息静态博弈分析和完全信息 静态均衡博弈)与城市竞争力的决定因素，包括当前我国城市间的关系、城市政 府之问关系的博弈分析、构建伙伴型城市政府关系，再而更深入剖析研究城市竞 争力。第三章基于城市经济博弈分析城市竞争力的评价体系，从博弈论角度上更 深层次地对城市竞争力做出阐释，对城市竞争力的各个构成要素做了更深入的分 析。在完成了对城市经济博弈过程的全面分析之后以及综合同行研究结果的基础 上，建立指标体系。对中国城市竞争力进行排行分析，从排行分析中进一步对城 市竞争力的评价体系进行探讨。 关键词： 中国；城市；竞争力；博弈论；评价体系 AbstractThe Abstract The global economic integration has become a trend ofthe globaI economy．Countries and different regions in the world arc actively finding their own positions in such areas and cities，instead of countries，arc becom啦independent units in the global economic competition．Under the trend of economic globalization and with the incmasingly sevcfe competitions between cities，it has become a heated question and urgent problem for every city to raise the competitiveness． In the fast chapter,we discuss about theories and methods on how to raise the urban competitiveness in China under the back黟ound of the development of economic globalization．We also discuss the necessity and availability of applying the Game Theory to the rcsearch ofthe urban competitiveness evaluation on the basement ofthe synthetical study the different urban competitiveness evaluation models in China and from around the world such as the IMD Country Competitiveness Model，the Porter Competitiveness Model and Ni Pengfei’S City Competitiveness Model，ete．The second chapter analyzcs the game theory among different cities(Analysis of static game model with incomplete information and analysis of static game model with complete information)and the determinant factors of urban competitiveness， including the relationship of different cities in Our country,the game analysis of the relationship among different governments，how to build
