Abstract Abstract m Abstract Confronted with the severe challenges of the new environment characterized by the economic globalization，the individualization of the customers’demand and the shortening of product life cycles，the competitions among companies turn into the competitions of supply chains．It has been a subject highly concerned by entrepreneurs and theorists in recent years on how to improve their core power and win in the competition by breaking the limitation of the internal resource system and finding their suppliers with a relationship of the strategic cooperation on the basis of scientific selection and evahation． Based on the theory of supply chain management，the supplier evaluation and selection problem are studied．Firstly,the characteristics of supplier evaluation based on supply chain management are analyzed in detail．The principle for building indicator system of supplier evaluation and basic steps for supplier selection are suggested． Secondly,based on the suggested principle，a comprehensive and quantitative indicator system of supplier evaluation is set up，which greatly improved the existing supplier evaluation indicator system．By using the indicator system，a fuzzy clustering method to determine fuzzy similar matrix for supplier evaluation by generalized grey correlation is introduced．The numerical simulations demonstrate the validity of the method．Hnally,a mixed integer programming model is set up by considering the supply capacity,the supplier evaluation，the delivery lead—time constraints of the suppliers，and the significant cost of switching from one supplier to another,which is neglected by existing supplier selection models．The model can be employed to determine the mount of products to be ordered from each supplier in each period．The numerical simulations are made and the results indicate the validity of the model． Keyword：Supplier Evaluation Indicator System Fuzzy Clustering Selection Model Switching Cost 创新性声明西安电子科技大学 创新性声明 西安电子科技大学 学位论文
