哈尔 哈尔滨工业大学管理学硕士学位论文 - - II - Abstract Nowadays with the economic globalization, the Group Corp. has become the worlds dominant forms of organization, which is in a leading position in the economic development no matter in China or around the world, and the worlds top 500 largest enterprises are all the Group Corp. However the competition in the group corp. has been transformed into that in the talents, and the human resources and management of enterprise groups is the single most important sustainable source of the competitive advantage, which shows a strong positive correlation with the Business Performance. At present, with the characteristics of the s ize developping, cross-regional and diversified, the organization has become complicated, but because the old model of its remuneration management system is still used, or new remuneration management does not fit the actual conditions, the remuneration management system can not reflect the differences in the regional and the characteristics of industry, which causes the staffs to have a sense of unfairness, even brings about the internal contradictions. Therefore, the design of the reasonable, fair salary system has become the focus of human resources management. Bases on the Group Corps characteristics of a wide range of cross-sector, cross-regional operation, this thesis,by analyzing the current state of the salary system, the status quo of the salary equity and the internal and external environment of Group Corp, points out the existing problems of the compensation system. Beides, under the guidance of equity theory and other theories, this thesis explores the factors impacting on the pay levels of the enterprise groups through questionnaires and personal interviews, etc., and designs a suitable fair salary system for the group in respond to these factors. Finally this thesis has also selected for the network model fit for the Group Corp., which reflects t he differences in companies and the fairness, in the way
