C M Y K 继续教 育 中华 护理教 育 ２０ 15 年 10 月第 12 卷第 10 期 三级综合医院护士分层理论培训的实施效果 刘传 红 屈 清荣 岳仙 红 ［摘 要 ］ 目的 探 讨 三级 综合 医院护 士分 层理论 培 训 与考 核 的做 法 与效果 。 方 法 建 立 护理 三级培 训 架构 并界 定 培 训 任 务 ，护理 部 层 面 ： 岗位 分 层理 论 培 训 ；大科 层 面 ：专 科 知识培 训 ；病 区层 面 ：本 专 业疾 病 护理 常规 、临床 病 案教 学等 。 理论 培 训 管理 ：根据调 查 需求设 计培 训课 程 、聘请在该 领 域 最具 造 诣 的 医学及 护理 专 家授 课 、培 训课 堂管理 、 培 训 与考 核 的结合 等 。 结果 分 层理论 培 训 实施3年 中，护 士理论 考 核 合格 率逐 年提 高 （P0.0 1） ；护 士为 患者提 供 护 理 服 务 的水平逐 年提 升 （P0.0 1）。 结论 护 士分 层理论 培 训 的关键 是建 立 护理 三级培 训 架构 并 明确培 训任 务 ，结 合本 院护理 队伍 现状及 临床 工作 需要制订培 训 内容 ，确定培 训项 目，加 强对理论 培 训过 程 管理 ，培 训 内容 与考 核 内 容 紧 密结合 ，提 高 了护 士 的整体 水平 。 ［关键 词 ］ 护 士 ； 在 职培 训 ； 方 法 ； 效果 ， The practice and effects of hierarchy training for nurses in class-III hospitals/LIU Chuan-hong QU Qing- ， rong YUE Xian-hong ［Abstract ］ Objective To explore the methods and effects of hierarchy nurse training in class- Ⅲ comprehensive hospitals.
