As one of the three big resources in human society,information plays an important role in the social development.In our country,the Government has more than 80% of the social information resources.The most important functions of government provided the information since the ancient times.The Governments gradually implemented the electronic government administration mode is drived by the computer,information and communication technology .and at the same time,E-government performance assessment of this issue gradually became a focus of research because of the fever of the Governments performance evaluation activities.In the network environment,public access to government information more convenient than before.The Government information services face this kind of contradiction,the growing needs of information from public and the public can trusted use the information provided by the Government or not. Therefore,Research on the performance assessment of the government Information service in view of the public accountability has important theoretical and practical value. This article research the Government information service performance measurement system in the view of credibility.on the basis of credit theory and evaluating theory of government performance,according to the services and features of Government informations.
