三峡大学硕士学位论文 三 峡 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 PAGE IV万方数据 PAGE IV 万方数据 Abstract The project schedule management is one of the core issues in the process of project implementation, and it is an important indicator to measure the level of project management, which directly influences realization of project investment and project schedule. Because of human behavior factors and resource conflicts, there are many defects when using critical path method and program evaluation and review technique to arrange project progress, such as long duration estimation process, and the project delay from merge working procedure. Although over the years scholars from the perspective of practical application has made great progress in the optimization of resources and the shortest duration balanced optimization problems, but these are only in the view of the local optimization, not in the view of network planning system global systematic optimization. These problems indicate that the current project cannot meet the actual needs of the theory of project management, need newer and more realistic project management techniques. Therefore, the critical chain technology research projects able to perform certain significance. In this paper, first of all, we reviewed and summarized related theory of project schedule management, then introduce the traditional project schedule management methods: Gantt chart, the critical path method, program evaluation and review technique, and the advantages and defects of these methods are pointed out. Because of concern is the overall project CCPM optimal rather than local optimum, thus inserting a buffer from the overall upgrade project benefits. Articles from the estimated duration of the project, identify key chain management buffer start to build CCPM project schedule management model, using ACTIM heuristic algorithm to identify key chains, and the degree of resource constraints, process complexity, risk coefficient of elasticity, the right location number of factors
