铸坯火焰清理机烧嘴火焰特性模拟 陈智勇， 王璟博， 田 勇 （鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂，辽宁 鞍山 114021） 摘 要：板坯火焰清理是利用高温火焰气割、熔除作用去除表面缺陷，获得高质量产品的一种方法。目前，火焰清 理机的研究主要集中在提高生产加工精度、优化控制过程、合理分配介质配比等方面。采用CFD 软件模拟仿真烧 嘴火焰可以清晰地反映火焰流动规律，揭示其本质，以解决实际问题。以鞍钢炼钢总厂装备的火焰清理机烧嘴作 为研究对象，建立烧嘴介质流场数学模型，利用CFD 瞬态燃烧模拟方法模拟火焰清理机烧嘴火焰由预热态转向清 理态的全过程，得出了烧嘴处于各工作状态下火焰温度场和速度场，通过对结果的分析，揭示烧嘴火焰内部特性及 板坯熔池生长规律，为烧嘴的功能特性分析和优化设计提供理论依据。 关键词：火焰清理机；烧嘴；CFD ；熔池 文献标志码：A 文章编号：0449-749X （2016 ）11-0087-06 Numerical simulation of scarfing machine burners flame characteristics CHEN Zhi-yong ，WANG Jing-bo ， TIAN Yong （Steelmaking General Plant，Ansteel Co. ，Ltd. ，Anshan 114021，Liaoning ，China） Abstract ：Scarfing machine system is a method to remove surface defects using hot flame cutting and melting，to ob- tain products with high quality. The research is mainly focused on improving process precision ，optimizing control pro- cess and allocating mediums. Investigation on scarfing flame using CFD simulation can clearly reflect the flame charac- teristics ，reveal the essence and solve practical problems. In the current study ，a numerical simulation model of flow field was calculated based on the scarfing units in Ansteel Co. Ltd，the process from the state of preheating to the state of scarfing was researched based on CFD transient combustion simulation. This paper discussed the flame characteristics and the growth rhythm of molten pool by analyzing the temperature and velocity fields under different conditions. The re- sults provided certain theoretical basis of functional characteristics and optimization design of burner.
