层级管理在护理管理中的运用

[摘要] 目的 探讨 层级管理在临床实践中的应用效果 。 方法 选取该院于 2012 年 1 月— 2013 年 12 月实施护理分层级管理模
式科室的所有护理人员为研究 对 象 ，实施层级管理模式 ，比较实施前后不良情况发生次数及护理质量评定。 结果 实施层级
护理管理后较实施前不良 反 应发生次数明显 减少 ；护理质量评定均明显提高 ，比较有统计 学 意义 （P0.05 ）。 结论 实施层级
护理管理有助于充分 利 用现有护理人力资源 ，在完成护理任务的 同 时 保证护理 安全 ，减 少 护理 缺 陷 ，提升 护理服务满 意 度
及护理质量 ，进而 达到最佳 护理管理目标 。

[Abstract] Objective Explore the application of hierarchical management in clinical practice. Methods All the nursing staff from
the hospital in 2012 January to 2013 December, the implementation of nursing grading management mode of department as the re 鄄
search object.Apply nurse management mode, compare frequency of unfavorable cases before and after the implementation of hi鄄
erarchical management and nursing quality assessment. Results Compared with the cases before the implementation of hierarchical
management, the frequency of unfavorable cases reduced greatly with hierarchical management; nursing quality assessment all im 鄄
proved significantly, the statistical significance is obvious(P0.05).Conclusion The implementation of hierarchical nursing manage鄄
ment plays a positive role in reducing nursing defects, improving nursing quality and nursing service satisfaction, it is beneficial
