I I 建国以来高校学生管理理念发展研究 摘要：高校学生管理是高校重要行为之一，目的是使高校得以和谐运转， 发挥其应有的价值，实现教育目标。通过对高校学生管理发展历史的分析，将 建国以来高校学生管理划分为四个阶段，并提炼出“政治教育+管理”理念、“上、 管、改”理念、“思想政治教育+管理”理念、“思想政治教育+管理+服务”理 念、“思想政治教育+服务+学生自主发展”理念。从管理到学生自主发展理念演 变反映了高等教育学生管理发展的规律性和必然性。 每个阶段高等教育表现出该阶段应有的特征，分析这些阶段性特征。国家 教育政策对高等教育的发展以及高校学生管理理念的发展有着重大影响。高校 学生管理理念的发展背后有其理论基础。“政治教育+管理”理念基于理性主义哲 学理论提出，“思想政治教育+管理”理念基于教育理论对教育本质问题的重新 剖析提出，“思想政治教育+管理+服务”理念基于新人道主义哲学理论和管理学 理论提出，“思想政治教育+服务+学生自主发展”理念基于存在主义哲学理论和 心理学理论提出，这些理论分别为学生管理理念的形成提供了坚实的理论基础。 我国未来高等教育发展趋势是社会化发展、多样化发展以及内涵式发展。 学生管理理念也将会发生变化。未来高校学生管理工作中将确立“思想政治教 育+服务+学生自主发展”理念，这种理念将在高校学生管理的方方面面有所体 现。 关键词：建国以来；高校；学生管理；理念 II II The Development Research on the Management Concept of University Students Since the Establishment of the Nation Abstract: The management of college student is one of the important behavior in university, which the purpose is to make college reasonably work, play its proper value and realize the goal of education. Based on the analysis of history which the development of colleges students management, the management of university students since the establishment of the nation can be devided into four stages and refined into the concept of “political education + management”, the concept of “ShangGuanGai”, “ideological and political education + management”, “ideological and politicaleducation+management+service”, “ideological and political education+ service+ student independent development”. The evolution of management concept of university students from management to student independent development reflects the necessity and regularity of development of student management in higher education.
