11 11 M川川4，恻恻阳吨 M川川4， 恻恻阳吨，- m川刷dt 唰唰唰AU 阳州州RJW 川mmoo mma- my 摘要 近年来，各类茧大卫生疾不断病肆虐校团，对校囚的应急管理和广大师生 员工的身心健康带来了严峻地挑战。加强对重大卫生疾病冲击下的校网应急管 理的研究并设计出行之有效的校园应急管理方案，不仅对保护广大师生员工的 生命健康意义非浅，而且对维护社会稳定和经济发展，构建和谐社会，都具有 十分重要的意义。 本文首先从选题背景与研究意义切入，综述国内外研究现状，归纳研究目标 与内容，问时对本文所运用的应急管理理论进行概述，以整合视角，深化研究 校回应急管理的基本内涵及其性质，分析重大卫生疾病的特点、危害及成因。 进而尝试归纳重大卫生疾病冲击下校园应忽管理的必要性和可行性。并通过对 当下高校重大卫生疾病冲击下的校园应急管理具体案例的分析，剖析目前我国 高校校回传统的应忽管理机制中存在的问题。接着尝试具体探索大宇学院重大 卫生疾病冲击下的校园应急管理的现状和原因，为大宇学院设计新型校园应急 管理方案提供有价值的参考意见。基于上述分析，设计出重大卫生疾病冲击下 的江西大字学院新型应急管理方案，为江西大字学院在震大卫生疾病冲击下的 校团应急管理策略和学生应急能力培养途径上，提供有效的应急处理预案。 作者以关注重大卫生疾病冲击下的校园安全稳定，关心师生健康为视角， 结合大字学院的案例，以重大卫生疾病冲击下的校园应急管理为研究重点，探 讨校园应急管理的新举措。通过系统发掘重大卫生疾病冲击下的校园应忽管理， 对学校在应急管理策略和学生应急能力的培养途径上提供有效的信息和行之有 效的应急处理预案，既对校园应急管理措施创新进行探讨;更对提高校园系统 管理提供了新视野。以期为我国重大卫生疾病冲击下的校园应急管理尽自己的 绵薄之力，为社会稳定、教育的发展，贡献自己的一份力量! 关键词:重大卫生疾病;校园应急管理:江西大字学院;方案设计 Abstract ABSTRACT In recent ye盯s，campuses have been threatened by 311 kinds of major diseases， which brings great challenges to campus emergency management and physical and spiritual health of teachers and students.
