摘要 摘要 随着江西工业的飞速发展，能源消耗量在不断增加，能源短缺日益突出， 与能源相关的污染亦日趋严重，能源问题成为制约江西经济可持续发展的重要 因素。江西工业主要行业是江西能源消祀的主体，又是江西经济增长的主要行 业，对江西工业主要行业能源利用情况全面而详细的了解，有利于制定合理的 工业、能源发展战略，正确处理好能源、经济、环境三者的关系，实现江西经 济又好又快的发展。基于此背景，本文对江西工业主要行业能源利用效率进行 了研究。 本文首先运用对数平均权重 Divisia 分解法对江西工业 2000-2009 年能源强 度及各类能源消费强度进行了因素分解，找出能源强度下降的内在原因及江西 工业主要行业对能源强度下降的贡献份额。其次，这用 DEA 方法从能源翩经济 环境系统角度出发，建立评价体系，并对江西工业主要行业 2003-2009 年能源利 用效率进行了实证分析，得出江西工业主要行业能源利用效率有效性排序，并 对未达 DEA 有效单元进行投影、调整最分析，为其改进提供参考。最后对江西 工业主要行业未来 11 年的增加值、各类能源消费强度进行了情景模拟，在此基 础上对能源结构、能源强度及二氧化碳排放量的发展局势进行了模拟分析。最 后，在以上研究的基础上，对全文进行总结及展望。本文对江西工业主要行业 能源利用效率的深入研究，希望能为江西工业产业结构调黯及能源政策制定提 供参考、借鉴。 关键词:能源利用效率;能源强度:对数平均权重 Divisia 分解法; DEA 11 11 ABSTRACT AB.STRACT Wi白the rapid development of jiangxi industry，ηle ene鸣y consumption has been growing quickly，the shortage and pollution of energy become more and more serious， ηle energy problem has become one important factor of restricting jiangxis economic-grow曲，The main industries of jiangxi 扭曲.e main body of energy consumption and economic-伊owth of jiangxi ，That the detai1ed and comprehensive understanding on 由.e m剖n indu仰ies of jiangxis energyuti1ization is helpful to formulate the reasonable s仿制gy of industry and energy development and deal 叫th 由e relationship of the energy，economy and environment correctly，To realize the harmonious ，quick development of jiangxi-economic ，Based on 也is background ，白白 paper is study on the energy-utilization efficiency of The main industries ofjiangxio η加 article is composed ofparts as following ，Firstly using the LMD study on Jiangxi-industry 2000-2009s energy-intensity and each energy心。nsumption- 加阳nsity ，to find out the intrinsic reωon of energy也tensitys decreasing and the con创bution of the main indus衍ies of jiangxi to 也at.
