江苏普通高校开设游泳教学课现状及对策研究 中文摘要 江苏普通高校开设游泳教学课现状及对策研究 中文摘要 江苏很多高校已经将游泳运动列为大学生体育的选修课程。本研究对江苏普通高 校开设游泳教学课的现状进行实地调查和问卷调查,通过对所获得的资料进行统计和 分析,较全面的了解江苏高校游泳教学的现状,从而找出现阶段江苏普通高校开设游 泳课存在的问题,并提出相应对策与建议,最终达到推动高校游泳教学课健康向前发 展的目的。研究发现:从高校方面,对于游泳课教学还存在很多需要完善的方面:(1) 教学观念落后(2)场地设施的限制,硬件设施不齐全(3)游泳课师资队伍缺乏,教 学能力有限(4)教学内容与教学方法手段缺乏研究和创新(5)游泳教学时数相对不 足。从学生自身看,对于游泳运动存在很多薄弱的方面:(1)学生游泳理论知识欠缺 (2)学生游泳基础、理解能力、身体素质参差不齐。 文章最后提出对策与建议:(1) 改变游泳教学的观念,提高对游泳的认识(2) 发挥 学生主体性,营造愉快的学习氛围(3) 研究和创新教学改革内容,实现快乐教学目标。 (4)充分利用课余时间和分组互助教学,提高教学质量(5)加强游泳场地硬件设施 的建设和管理,改善学习环境(6)加强师资队伍建设,提高游泳教师的整理水平(7) 加强游泳基本知识的宣传和讲解,做好宣传教育工作 关键词:江苏 高校 游泳教学 现状 对策 作 者:裘 进 指导老师:王 平(教授) I 英文摘要 江苏普通高校开设游泳教学课现状及对策研究 Jiangsu ordinary colleges and universities in swimming lesson present situation and countermeasure research Abstract Many colleges and universities in Jiangsu have been swimming as elective courses for the students sports. This study on the status of open swimming teaching courses in Higher conduct field surveys and questionnaires, statistics and analysis on the information obtained, a more comprehensive understanding of the status of the Jiangsu College Swimming Teaching, in order to identify at this stage of Jiangsu College opened swimming problems in class, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, and ultimately to promote forward the purpose of development of the college Swimming teaching courses health. The study found that: swimming teaching from the university, there are still many need to improve aspects of: (1) teaching the concept behind the limit of (2) site facilities, hardware facilities are not complete (3) swimming lessons lack of teachers, teaching ability is limited (4) teaching content and teaching methods is the lack of research and innovation the relative lack of swimming teaching hours. From the students themselves, for swimming, there are many areas of weakness: (1) students swim lack of theoretical knowledge (2) students swim basis, understanding, physical uneven.
