Y Y 625064 硕士论文 江苏弘业股份有限公司业务发展探讨 摘 要 江苏弘业股份有限公司是一家有着二十多年发展历史的专业流通型国有 外贸公司，其主要业务就是进出口贸易。但近年来公司所面临的发展环境已经发 生和正在发生着深刻而快速的变化，如世界经济一体化、区域化、集团化日趋明 显，贸易自由和贸易保护的迅猛发展，尤其是我国已经加入了WTO等等。这些 变化不仅为江苏弘业股份有限公司带来许多机遇，同时更为公司的生存和发展带 来了莫大的挑战。所以探讨公司在新形势下的发展就变得更有必要，也更加迫切。 本文首先从江苏弘业股份有限公司的业务发展概况入手，总结了公司过去业务 发展中的成功和不足。探讨了新形势下公司所面临的国际、国内、行业等环境变化 及这些环境变化对公司业务的影响。又重点讨论了公司进出口业务的现状、存在的 问题和原因，并在此基础上提出了一些有针对性的、可操作的建议。最后从公司的 运行体制和机制、市场定位、核心能力、资本经营、技术创新、战略联盟等六个方 面就新形势下公司业务发展进行了探讨。 关键词：弘业公司，进出口， 业务发展 硕士论文 硕士论文 江苏弘业股份有限公司业务发展探讨 Abstract With a history of more than 20 years，Jiangsu Holly is a state—owned foreign trade company mainly dealing with import and export business．In recent years，some changes taking place in the world economy,such as economic integration，regional／hat／on， corporate grouping，free uade as well as trade protectionism，together with China’S accession to the WTO，while bringing about many developing opportunities to Jiangsu Holly,have posed a great challenge to the company’S survival and development．So it is necessary to discuss the new development strategy for Jiangsu Holly under the circumstances． Starting with its general business situation，this paper summarizes Jiangsu Holly’S business successes and shortcomings in the past，discusses the new changes in the international，domestic and industry background as well as their impact on the company’S business．It then presents the current state and the problems the company faces and analyses their causes．On the basis of this，it puts forward some pertinent and operative counter measures．Finally，this paper probes into Jiangsu Holly’S business development strategies in the new environment form the aspects of the company’S operating mechanism，market positioning，core competence，capital operation，technical innovation，and strategic alliance． Key words：Holly corporation，importexport，business development 硕士论文 硕士论文 江苏弘业股份有限公司业务发展探讨 引 言 中国外贸企业是～个特殊的企业群体。它产生于计划经济体制下，得益于中国 进出口经营权的高度垄断。改革开放以后，我国的外贸事业获得了快速发展，同时 它对国民经济的贡献也日益显著。其中国有外贸企业更是功不可灭。但进入了九
