I I 江苏省民办高职院校体育师资现状研究 摘 要 江苏省民办高职院校体育师资现状研究 摘 要 随着《社会力量办学条例》和《民办教育促进法》的颁布实施,民办高等教育得 到快速发展,也促进了我国教育的多样化,满足了人们对教育的多方面需求。为了准 确反映江苏省民办高职院校体育师资建设状况,为省、市教育主管部门的管理提供理 论依据,本课题采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对 江苏省民办高职院校体育师资的基本情况进行调查研究。 结果表明:(1)专任教师缺编严重,外聘教师和内聘教师占专任教师比重过大。 (2)专任教师和内聘教师职称整体偏低,外聘教师明显高于前两者。(3)体育教师 整体学历不高。(4)体育教师年轻化严重。(5)男性教师偏多。(6)体育教师培训几 率较低,工作环境基本能够保障。(7)科研能力差。 针对以上种种问题,提出如下对策和建议:(1)加强监管力度,督促学校配齐配 强体育师资(2)减小外聘教师数量所占比例(3)重视自身师资队伍建设,加大对年 轻教师的培训力度(4)加大对科研的经费投入,鼓励教师申报各级科研课题。 关键词:江苏省;民办院校;高职;体育师资;现状 作 者:崔丙刚 指导老师:王朝军 教授 II II Abstract Study on the Current Situation of Sports Teachers in High Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province Study on the Current Situation of Sports Teachers in High Vocational Colleges in Jiangsu Province Abstract With the promulgating and implementing of “social forces school-running ordinance” and “the private education stimulating law”, private higher education has developed rapidly in China. Meanwhile, the law has promoted the diversification of education and has satisfied the peoples various requirements to education. In order to accurately reflect the current situation of sports teachers in private vocational college in Jiangsu Province, to provide a theoretical basis for the management, this thesis adopts literature review method, questionnaire, expert interviews, statistics and other methods to study the basic situation of physical education teachers in private vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province. The situations are: (1) There is a serious lack of full-time faculty, external teachers and teachers employed in accounting for the large proportion of full-time teachers. (2) The title of full-time teachers and teachers employed are low, and they are fewer than external teachers. (3) Many PE teachers do not have master’s degree, not to mention doctor’s degree. (4) Young PE teachers occupy the majority. (5) Male teachers are the majority. (6) There are few opportunities for PE teachers to gain training, though their working environment can b
