西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 建筑产业区域竞争力评价研究 专 业：工程经济与管理 硕 士 生：李星 指导教师：罗福周 教授 摘 要 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快，竞争日益激烈，提升竞争力已成为各国巩 固经济成果，实现可持续发展对策的重要举措。建筑产业作为我国国民经济的支 柱产业之一，其竞争力的评价研究对于提升建筑产业乃至国家竞争力具有重要的 现实意义。 本文在综述建筑产业竞争力已有研究成果的基础上，结合建筑产业自身发展 特点，从基本因素、核心因素和环境因素三个方面分析了建筑产业竞争力影响因 素，从经济实力竞争力、产业结构竞争力、科技能力竞争力和基础环境竞争力四 个角度构建了建筑产业竞争力评价指标体系。根据主、客观评价结果偏离程度最 小的原则建立了基于G1法 、变异系数法和熵值法组合赋权的建筑产业竞争力评价 模型，并对我国31个地区的建筑产业进行了实证研究。 本文运用组合赋权法计算了2010年各地区建筑产业的经济实力竞争力、产业 结构竞争力、科技能力竞争力、基础环境竞争力和综合竞争力得分，并判断了各 地区建筑产业的竞争优劣及相对竞争地位。针对我国建筑产业竞争力评价结果中 存在的各地区竞争力差距过大的问题，从整体和区域两个角度分析提出了建筑产 业区域竞争力提升的对策建议。 关键词：建筑产业；竞争力评价；指标体系；组合赋权 Evaluation on Regional Competitiveness of Construction Industry Major: Engineering Economics and Management Name: Li Xing Instructor: Prof. Luo Fuzhou Abstract With the acceleration of global economic integration, competition is increasing. Enhancing competitiveness has become an important measure for consolidating the fruits of economy for each country and realizing sustainable development strategy. Construction industry as one of the important industry of national economy, the evaluation of competitiveness is good for improving the construction industry’s competitive strength and enhancing national competitiveness. On the basis of summarized research of construction industry competitiveness, the thesis combines with characters of construction industry and analyzes the impact factors of construction industry competitiveness from three aspects such as fundamental factors, core factors and environmental factors. Then it establishes the evaluation index system of construction industry competitiveness including economic competitiveness, structural competitiveness, technological capability competitiveness and the basic environment competitiveness with the following factors taken into consideration. The thesis establishes the evaluation model of construction industry competitiveness combining G1 method, coefficient of variation method and entropy method based on the principle of Minimum deviation
