南京邮 南京邮电大学工程硕士研究生学位论文 ABSTRACT II II ABSTRACT The rural radio and television coverage program of Jiangsu Province is an important public welfare project, which is under the charge of the national radio and television industry. With the gradually popularization of rural radio and TV coverage programs, the project scale is becoming bigger and bigger, the structure function is becoming more and more complex, the project investment increases rapidly, and the construction cycle is stretched. All of these factors lead to the hazards of which the project is out of control have become more and more serious and the project risk is becoming bigger and bigger. Therefore, the corresponding control on the risk of the rural radio and television coverage program of Jiangsu Province has great significance to improve project construction goal and economic interests. On the basis of introducing the basic situation, risk management characteristics and challenges of the rural radio and television coverage project, this paper analysed the risk identification problems of each stage of the project. This paper also studied the evaluation method of engineering project risk and comprehensive evaluation model under the EPC mode. On the basis, this paper summed up the risk response measures and management countermeasures of the project. This paper provides a practical risk management method and idea to other project constructers in radio and television system.
