With the further development of socialist market economy, construction project bidding activity also appeared on many issues. In this thesis, a mathematical model to analyze the theoretical basis for bidding; detailed analysis of the bidding process, bidding must obey the law and regulations. Second, choose a mathematical model of the economic analysis of projects; a mathematical model suitable offer interval analysis, the real cost forecast, detailed analysis of the bid price range, and derive optimal bidding range and scope of concession offer interval; detailed analysis the scope of the tender offer, the probability of successful tender offer definitive decision tree method, a detailed analysis of the tender offer common techniques, especially methods of application and disequilibrium price risk aversion techniques. Finally, a detailed analysis of the construction project example construction phase of the whole tender process, and increase the successful rate of the general contractor bidding on specific methods of operation and operating skills and techniques using standard, commercial target specific methodology; analysis of building construction tendering process and the general problems that exist in countermeasures to be taken. In conclusion the application of construction project bidding and research is a big issue, this paper analysis and research need to be further verified in the course of practice, especially how to further improve the construction rate of the general contractor awarded the tender, it is an important future research topics.
