万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 医院作为我国公共服务事业的重要构成部分，不但是公共事业发展的主体， 同时也是促进公共事业发展的主要动力。随着国民经济的飞速发展和进步，人们 对于医疗服务行业及服务水平的关注度越来越高，提出了更加苛刻的要求和期望。 医院为了满足广大患者的要求，亟需提高自身的服务与管理能力。如何满足时代、 社会及广大患者的要求，提高医院的服务及管理水平成为相关工作人员及研究人 员研究的新热点。本文基于江西省人民医院的绩效管理问题进行了较为系统的研 究。具体来说，本文主要分为六个部分：首先是绪论，主要研究本文的研究目的， 方法以及相关的内容；其次是对绩效管理理论的相关论述和介绍；再次是具体分 析江西省人民医院绩效管理体系现状以及存在的问题；第四章是针对于江西省人 民医院绩效管理机制的具体问题，提出一些专门性的绩效管理优化的方案和手段； 第五章是具体介绍江西省人民医院绩效管理体系实施的保障措施，以期能够让绩 效管理机制的作用发挥得更加有效；最后是对本文的研究总结，主要是对本文研 究内容以及结果的总结，分析本文的主要创新点，同时指出其中存在的问题，展 望其未来的发展方向和途径。 【关键词】江西省人民医院；公立医院；绩效管理；研究 1 Abstract With the development of economy and society, people for medical services and service level of attention more and more high, demand is also more and more. In order to satisfy the needs of the patients, hospital needs to improve their service and management ability. Hospitals as the main part of public service in China, is not only the main body of public career development, also is the main impetus to the development of public utilities. How to meet the requirements of The Times, society, and the general patients, improve the level of hospital service and management become a new hotspot in the research of the related staff and researchers. In this paper, based on the multiple in Jiangxi province peoples hospital performance management conducted a systematic research on the problem.
