万方数据 万方数据 The Clinical Significance of The Detection of The Procalcitonin to The Upper Tract Lumen Ureterscopic Lithotripsy with The Infection Major: Surgery Postgraduate: Bi xingxing Tutor: Wang bolin [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical meaning of the relationship between the detection of procalcitonin in serum and the upper tract lumen ureteroscopic lithotripsy with the infection. Methods: 80 patients to be treated with upper tract lumen ureteroscopic lithotripsy are selected as the objects of study in Guiyang Medical university affiliated hospital from May 2014 to March 2015. The objects of study are divided into two goups in the light of the occurrence of clinical symptoms of infection such as hyperpyrexia, tachycardia, polypnea and so on. The two groups were named separately the syptom group and the non-syptom group. Firstly, The index of PCT will be tested before operations and after the operation within 6hours. Secondly, the urine from the patients will be collected for the urine bacteria culture. Thirdly, the PCT values in the symptom group were divided into three.parameters:0.5ng/mLPCT0.05ng/ml.0.5≤PCT2.0ng/mL.PCT≥2.0ng/mL.The relationships between the various PCT values in serum and the usage time of antibiotic , the time of hospitalization were analyzed statistically. Results: 1.the PCT values in the symptom group and non-symptom group were compared and analyzed statistically, and the results in both groups are normal with no statistical significance （P0.05）.the PCT values in the symptom group are higher dramatically after operations compared with the value before operations, which is significant statistically. The PCT values in non-symptom group increase slightly after operations compared with that before operations (P0.05). the PCT value in the symptom group are higher than that in the non-symptom group significantly, when the two groups were compared (P0.05) .2.The urine bacteria culture results of both experimental groups were an
