The phenomena are divided into three parts according to the main body to exercise the education power of the unsuitable connection: country, school and teacher, and its rationality is analyzed. The fourth chapter, the author analyzes the harm of the unsuitable connection of education power. The essence of the abuse of the education administration power is analyzed through the unsuitable connection phenomena, and the author dissect the serious harm of the unsuitable connection of education power to the legitimate rights of the students and the constitution of harmonious society. The fifth chapter, the author tries to find out the existing roots of the unsuitable connection phenomena step by step. The reasons are as follows: the ignorance of the legal ideology for the main body to exercise the education power, the malposition of cognition of the school management power, and these form the superficial reason. For the profound reason, it is the influence from the traditional Chinese culture, the drawback of the education law and regulation system. The sixth chapter, the author proposes the regulations of the unsuitable connection of education power. It is advised to introduce the principle of forbidding unsuitable connection to the exercise of the education power, education legislation and judicial relief.
