摘 摘 要 随着社会的发展，能源需求不断增加。建筑能耗在总能耗中占很大的比例， 节能建筑已成为当今建筑界研究的重要课题。本文综合介绍了当今国内外住宅建 筑中较为常见的外门窗节能研究现状，详细讨论了门窗节能的设计及措旖，涉及 到窗框、玻璃、开启方式以及遮阳设施等多方面的处理方法。 文中首先分析了各种门窗材料特性并探讨了门窗的传热特点、以及影响门窗 节能的因素；其次对目前住宅建筑外门窗发展的现状进行了分析，并在长沙地区 进行节能门窗相关情况的调研：通过算例，对采用不同节能措施的外门窗的节能 效果与经济效益进行了对比；探讨了外门窗节能设计中可行的理论和实用性方 法措施。 通过研究门窗热工特性及门窗节能的设计要点，探讨了我国夏热冬冷地区 住宅建筑外门窗节能设计方法与措施，并在此基础上对现有门窗提出节能改造 的方法。最后总结了在夏热冬冷地区住宅外门窗的节能设计特点，对该类地区 的建筑节能设计与门窗节能设计有重要的参考意义。 关键词：夏热冬冷地区；节能门窗；遮阳；节能改造；能耗计算 ABSTRACTAlong ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of society，demand of energy source increases continually．Building energy consumption takes very heavy proportion in total energy consumption，and nowadays，energy·conservation is already the important SUhject that the architecture circle studies．In this paper,current situation of energy—conservation research of outer door and window of domestic architecture which is comparatively common both home and abroad，and design of door window energy—conserving and measures are discussed in detail， which involve such treatment methods in many aspects the window frame，glass，way of turning on and shading facility，etc。 Firstly，material of different kinds of door and window is analyzed，and their diathermanous characters and factors of influence to energy—conserving also discussed．Secondly,developmental state of outer door window of the present domestic architecture is analyzed，besides，the investigate and survey of the relevant situations of energy-conserving door window in Changsha is carried through．Energy—saving effect and economic benefit of different outer door window are compared with each others by means of example of calculation．And the feasible theory in energy—saving design of outer door window and practicability method and measure are all discussed． Energy-saving design method of outer door window of the buildings，which lie in cold in winter and hot in summer zone in our country,and measures are all discussed， by means of studying the thermal characteristics of door window and the d
