ABSTRACT
Balanced development of compulsory eduction is the theme of reform and development,the implementation strategy of balanced development of education,compulsory education,mobility of teachers is an important step.Therefore,current status of Teacher Research,the summaries about current status and characteristics of teachers’compulsory eduction,thus Can provide theoretical support and practical information to help government to formulat for the administrative department of mobile systems and policies of compulsory eduction teachers.
Based on domestic research result and practise,through empirical research methods this essay starts the qutionnaire survey on 250 compulsory eduction teachers from 5 school,with due attention to these teachers views on teacher flow status,flow motivation,attitudes towards this flow and the policies of the authorities.Meanwhile,under the assistance from
SPSS soW,vare,the essay analysises the difference between urban and rural
teachers,elementary and secondary teachers flow motivation attitude and
policies.
The research indicates that the compulsory education teacher flow is mainly one—way mode,from rural area to urban area.The main causes of the flow are the inequality of the income,the unreasonable performance assessment system,the undemocratic school management rules,the
fac—ilities and student quality,the teachers’personal factors.Therefore, Young teachers and teachers in rural area own strong flow tention, expecting strong policies and leading the teachers into rural schools and weak sch001.
