Acknowledgement The first edition of the Trade Capacity Building Resource Guide was published in 2008 as a UN system driven initiative to provide a summary of ‘who does what for whom’ at time when both donors and recipients were looking again at how aid could best assist countries to use trade as part of their development strategies. This edition of the Trade Capacity Building Resource Guide builds on and further expands the collaborative effort which contributed to the success of previous editions. The Guide, which is available as an interactive web tool now, includes 31 multilateral agencies and 37 bilateral profiles.
