江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文摘要 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文 摘要 21世纪的世界已从工业经济社会跨入了知识经济社会，在这种经 济形态下，企业间的竞争力资源由物质资本转向为知识价值。谁掌握 了更多的知识，谁将会在激烈的市场竞争中胜出。进行知识管理的研 究将有助于企业提升核心竞争力。 论文首先介绍知识管理的概念和相关理论，通过金东发展的环境 的分析，提出金东要在激烈的市场竞争中胜出，并在未来的全球一体 化的竞争中保持领先地位，必须利用知识管理来打造自己的核心竞争 力。论文运用SWOT分析法对金东目前现状进行相关的优势、劣势、 机会和威胁分析，将现状和目标进行对比，认为金东目前具有了一定 的知识管理雏形，但距离国外成功企业还有很大的差距。论文针对金 东推行知识管理所存在的难点，提出了首先构建知识管理体系框架， 对现有组织架构做调整，打造有利于知识管理体系构建的企业文化、 环境和政策。在具体实施中，吸收了知识管理的相关理论并借鉴国内 外成功企业推行知识管理的经验，不但在公司的内部推行知识管理， 建立知识库和专家库，还超前推出知识联盟和虚拟组织，并提出具体 的知识管理实施措施，最后，对金东知识管理的实施进行风险评估及 预期效益分析。虽然该方案具有一定的超前性，但在具体的实践当中 还是具有相当的参考价值。 关键词：知识管理， 知识共享， 隐形知识 ABSTRACTOur ABSTRACT Our world has come into the knowledge-based economy society from the industry economic society in 2 1 centuries’，under this kind of economic situation，the core competence of the corporation changes to knowledge from material capital the value． Which one grasp more knowledge,it would success in ardent market competition· Research on the knowledge management is benefit to promote the core competence of the corporation． The thesis introduced related conceptions and theories of the knowledge management，after analyzing the environment of the Gold East，the thesis thinks that the Gold East must push the knowledge management to create own core competencies to keeps the leading position in competition in future world．The thesis used the SWOT analysis of the current status of Gold East related strengths，weaknesses，opportunities and threats．The thesis thinks titat Gold East had the certain knowledge management prototype，but it is very big margin to the abroad successful business enterprise after contrasting target with the current status．The thesis aims at Gold East the difficult to the knowledge management，putting forward to set up the frame of the knowledge management system at first，and adjust existing organizational structure，sets up the corporate culture，environment and policies to create benefit for knowledge management system．Absorbing the related theories of the knowledge m
