PAGE PAGE IV objective: Abstract By investigating the influence of Jinkui shenqi wan and exercise on olderly rats’ kidney function index.To discuss the effect that Jinkui shenqi wan enhance the olderly rats kidney function.It can provide some scientice theory basis on older people’s movement training. Method Female wiser rats selected 80, were randomly divided into eight groups: control group, medication group,20min exercise group , 40min exercise group , 60min exercise group,20min sports medicine group, 30min sports medicine group, 40min sports medicine group.And will select only 10 youth rats of six ZhouLing as a control group. exercise group and sports medicine group rats increased by 8 weeks treadmill training load, while medication group and sports medicine group were fed “Jinkui shenqi wan ”every day. Eight weeks later,we will take blood by picking eyeball and take the kidney tissue for determine ureanitrogen 、serum creatinine,uric acid、 SOD、MDA。All data SPSS17.0 statistical software used to conduct an independent samples T-test significant difference for P 0.05.
