浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 金融生态系统视角下的{厶融生盘秉统；见角下立一-!=二^i研死 金融生态系统视角下的我国供应链融资研究 摘要 近年来，中小企业蓬勃发展，在我国国民经济中占有非常重要的 地位，然而融资难一直是阻碍中小企业快速发展的重要问题。供应链 融资比较好地解决了许多中小企业的融资问题，不仅促进了中小企业 的快速发展，同时，也对核心企业、物流企业及商业银行都有积极的 作用。但作为一种新兴业务，我国供应链融资业务的开展仍存在着一 些问题，同时由于国情的不同，和发达国家存在着区别和差距。 本文从研究供应链融资的基本概念入手，分析了其特点、模式等 相关理论：接着引入了金融生态系统，并在此基础上引申出了具体的 供应链融资生态系统和相关主体。然后以此为切入点，分别对国内外 供应链融资的不同发展背景、外部生态环境和业务开展情况进行了全 面研究，以分析和比较国内外差异，深入探讨了国内供应链融资中存 在的问题及阻碍其发展的主要因素。接着在对比的基础上，本文选取 并列举了国内外的典型案例进行进一步阐述。最后通过借鉴国际供应 链融资发展的经验及其理论研究成果，结合我国的供应链融资开展现 状，从供应链融资生态系统中的金融机构、第三方监管机构、政府及 企业四个参与主体的角度研究并构建我国供应链融资发展的思路和 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 浙江工业大学硕士学位论文 金融生态系统视角下的我国供应链融资研究 对策。 关键词：供应链融资，中小企业，商业银行，比较分析，金融生态 Ⅱ STUDY STUDY ON CHINA’S SUPPLY CHAIN FINANCE：BASED ON THE THEORY OF FINANCIAL E COL0 GY ABSTRACT In recent years，small and medium—sized enterprises(SMEs)develop rapidly,and play a very important role in national economy．However,the fmanoing problem has always inhibited their development．Supply Chain Finanoe(SCF)is able to 80Ivc the SMEs’capital problem，whioh not only promote the development of SMEs，but in the mean time also have a positive effect on oore enterprise，logistics enterprises and commercial banks．But嬲a new business，there’代some problems of our SCF practices．And because of the different national conditions，there’rc some gaps and differences compares to developed oountries． This paper starts from introducing the basic concepts of scg analyzes its characteristics，patterns and other related theories．Based Oil the theory of fmancial ecology,it ext吼ds in the concept of SCF eoology．Then from three aspects of development background，external environment and business development,this paper undertakes a comprehensive study of development of domestic and international SCF practices，to analyze and compare the difference between them，and to fmd the main problems in the domestic SCF practices．Then 011 the basis of contrast,this Paper selects and lists typical domestic and foreign csses for further elaboration．At last,on the basi
