摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘要 由于金融信息服务行业提供服务的基础内容是金融数据和信息，因此天然的 与互联网高度结合，也是最早使用互联网工具的行业之一；但从 08 年以来，随 着智能手机的普及化，用户使用习惯从 PC 端转向移动端的新一轮“互联网+”（即 移动互联）的转移高潮来临。 本篇论文首先对金融信息服务行业的产业内涵、主要特征、发展历程、影响 因素和发展趋势进行梳理，从而进一步对金融信息服务行业的盈利模式和竞争格 局做出分析；其次，本文对移动互联的定义、特征、发展现状、发展历程以及商 业模式进行研究，并针对性的分析了移动互联对金融信息服务行业的影响；基于 以上对金融信息服务行业和移动互联的研究成果，我们针对金融信息服务企业 WD 在移动互联趋势下进行 SWOT 分析，对 WD 企业在移动互联环境下的优势、 劣势、机遇和威胁进行充分分析，并提出一套适合 WD 企业应对新兴移动互联 环境比较通用的应对策略和方案，包括战略调整、营销策略、人才培养以及融资 规划等。在本文的研究中，笔者使用的方法包括：网上资料查询、真实案例分析、 数据资料查询和书本新闻资料查询。 关键词：金融信息服务行业；移动互联；SWOT 1 Abs Abstract Abstract Since the opening of Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange in the early 90s of the 20th century, during the past 15 years, Chinas securities and financial market have developed with an amazing speed. Up to June 30, 2015, there are totally 2797 two listing corporations among the two markets; in the first half of 2015, the Chinese securities industry turnover has reached 47.19 trillion. With the booming development of Chinas securities industry, the financial information service industry, a closely related sub sectors, has begun to grow. Some companies such as Straight Flush, great wisdom, Wealth of the East and finance company have successfully landing A-share or capital market in the United States. The basic content provided by the financial information services industry is financial data and information. Therefore, the financial information services industry is naturally in high degree of integration with the Internet and it is also one of the industries first using the Internet tools. However, since 2008, with the popularity of smart phones, a transferring climax has arrived that users are accustomed to shifting from the PC side to a new round of Internet + (the mobile Internet).
