STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL POLICY ON THE INDUSTRIAL REFORM AND ECONOMIC UPGRADING ABSTRACT With the globalization of economy between countries and the economic competition intensified, we are in urgent need of changing the mode of economic growth, adjust the industrial structure from labor-intensive industries to capital and technology intensive industries, and upgrade to the high-tech, high innovation, high additional service industries. In the process of development, not only need a stable macroeconomic environment, but also appropriate financial policy guidance. Financial policy choice is a difficult problem in any country in the world, adjustment and upgrading of industrial economy is a major issue in China todays social relations overall development, for the realization of China dream, to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has play a decisive role significance. From the reform and opening up to join WTO, to continuely set up free trade zone in recent years, Chinas industrial structure upgrading has been adjusted. Therefore, this paper explores the mechanism of monetary policy, interest rate policy, exchange rate policy to the upgrading of industrial structure adjustment, to tease out the transmission process between them. At the same time, according to the data after 18th CPC National Congress， we study the relationship between the promulgation of financial policy and economic development, so as to analyze the important role of the financial policies on the upgrading of the industrial structure.
