居家养老模式选择的影响因素——基于全国老年人口健康状况调查的实证研究-行政管理专业论文.docxVIP

I I 摘要 老龄化问题的日益突出使养老问题成为热议话题，如何完善养老模式，尤 其是居家养老模式这一问题受到了政府、学者和公众的普遍关注。 本文以北京大学健康老龄与发展研究中心 2005 年以及 2008 年全国老年人 口健康状况调查搜集的数据为基础，实证分析了年龄、性别、婚姻状况、受教 育程度、偏好养老方式、健康状况自评、生病时能否得到及时救治、主要收入 来源、主要收入是否够用以及收入在当地水平这些因素对居家养老选择的影响。 结果表明，年龄在 65 到 80 之间的老年人相对于其他年龄段的老年人选择 居家养老的意愿强烈；有配偶的老年人更倾向于选择居家养老；自身偏好居家 养老方式的老年人也就更愿意进行居家养老；生病时不能得到及时救治的老年 人更倾向选择居家养老；收入来自于国家或社会、主要收入不是很够用以及收 入水平在当地不是很好的老年人会倾向于居家养老。而性别、受教育程度和老 年人健康状况自评对其养老方式的选择没有影响。 最后，本文提出政府应该给予居家养老一定政策和财政支持，使其得以推 广；同时，培养专业的养老服务人员、完善社区养老资源，使社区及社会第三 方力量成为居家养老模式的重要支撑力量这些政策，希望能对我国养老问题的 解决提供一些帮助。 关键词：老龄化，居家养老，影响因素，实证分析 II II Abstract With the aging problem becoming more and more serious, the government ， academics as well as the public are concerned about the pension model especially the home care model. After collecting the data from Aging Health and Development Research Center of Peking University, we explore the factors that affect the choose of home care model including age, marital status, education level, preference of pension model, health self-assessment, whether can receive timely treatment when get sick, the main source of income, adequacy of the main income and income at local level. The results show that the aging people between 65 and 80 are more incline to home care; married old people are more likely to choose home care; they will choose home care if they prefer it; those who can’t get timely treatment tend to choose home care; income mainly comes from the country or the society tend to choose home care; the one who don’t have enough money and whose income under the local average level are incline to choose home care. However, gender, education level, health self-assessment make no difference to home care choosing. Finally, we come up with the suggestion that the government should give certain policy and financial support to promote the implement of home care model, cultivate professional people to provide service, improve the communities’ resource to provide service and make the communities and the third party become the m
