华北电力大学硕士学位论文摘要 华北电力大学硕士学位论文 摘要 城市公用事业水平是衡量经济社会发展程度的重要指标，城市公用事业用电 量是城市社会总用电量的重要组成部分。由于公用事业投资大、回收期长，具有 部分无偿服务的特点，其性质有别于其他企业，其供电需求也有别于其他用电行 业。城市公用事业包括环境卫生保障、居民生活保障、文化娱乐保障、城市形象 保障等多方面。其中涉及到的道路照明、公园与公共文化娱乐场馆、垃圾处理厂、 污水处理厂、自来水处理与供水设施等，都是耗电的单位。供电事业是现代城市 发展的重要支撑，在电力供应良性保障的前提下，现代城市才可能得到持续发展。 通过对公用事业发展情况及用电量现状进行研究，借助数据统计对其用电量进行 科学把握，可作为城市公用事业的电量预测的基础，进而可以对公用事业发展及 用电量进行预测，提高公用事业供电效率。 本文主要对晋中市供电企业情况、公用事业发展情况及用电量现状进行系统 化的统计、分析研究，进而对晋中市公用事业发展情况进行预测，对其用电量情 况进行预测。对晋中市国民经济、企业各项指标与用电量关系进行研究。重点研 究了晋中市的道路照明、公园与公共场馆、污水处理厂、垃圾处理厂、自来水供 应等城市公用事业的用电情况。 本文研究表明，2005年至2014年晋中市的GDP呈现上升趋势，近十年来 晋中市全社用电量总体呈现上升趋势，并且呈现指数上升趋势，2005年至2009 年用电量需求增长较为平缓，月份之间的用电量呈现波动的趋势，2010年-2014 年每月用电量波动趋势更具有一致性。 本文对晋中市的公用事业分类别现状进行了分析研究，结果表明晋中市公园 的用电量总体上呈现锯齿状波动上升趋势。10年间城市照明用电量逐年上升， 垃圾处理厂用电量呈现上升趋势。污水处理厂用电量以较小的幅度保持上升趋势。 社会用电总量和GDP的增长趋势有很好的一致性，公用事业用电量随着年的递 增呈线性关系递增。 本课题以晋中市的电力事业与公用事业用电量现状作为研究对象，其研究成 果可以推广应用于国内的类似条件的中型城市。 关键词：公用事业；社会用电；电力需求；相关性；预测 万方数据 华北电力大学硕十学位论文Abstract 华北电力大学硕十学位论文 Abstract The level of public service enterprises is important index to evaluate the degree of economic and social development of the cities，and the power consumption of the public service enterprises in the city is significant part of the total power consumption in the cities．On account of the features of the public service enterprises that high investment，long payback period and the flee service，it is different from other enterprises，just its power requirement．Public service enterprises the securities of environmental health，residents living，culture and entertainment and city image．All of that road lighting，parks and urban entertainment venues，refuse processing plant，sewage treatment plant，tap water treatment and water facilities be taking in the companies which has high power consumption．Because of the vital 西f the electric utility in the development of the modem city,if it want to has continuous development，guaranteed power supply is an significance factor．With the research the development of the public service enterprises and the actualitie
