i i 摘 要 由次贷危机引发的全球性金融危机使美国的金融结构发生剧烈变化，甚至会影响 世界金融体系的结构变化，同时也使美国式的金融模式受到质疑。金融稳定成为世界 关注的焦点，包括美国在内的各国金融当局开始及时发布金融稳定相关数据和政策解 读、不稳定因素的预警等。目前金融稳定的理论问题是金融学的前沿问题，研究刚刚 起步，在金融稳定涵义界定的问题就存在很大的分歧，很多学者通过研究银行的稳定 来研究金融稳定，现在看来这种研究是有很大的局限性的，最明显的原因就是金融稳 定不光与银行的稳定有关。笔者在研究历次金融危机的时发现，金融结构的变化往往 导致金融危机——金融不稳定的极端情况。而目前学者们对金融结构的研究多集中于 单纯的金融结构理论的研究，或者金融结构与经济发展的关系研究。这就为我的研究 提供研究角度，即研究金融结构的演变与金融稳定的关系。具体到本文，我主要研究 的是金融结构的变迁如何影响金融稳定，换句话说是金融结构影响金融稳定的机制。 笔者在研究现有文献的基础上，借鉴李健教授对金融结构的界定，对金融稳定的 界定则是采用中国人民人行 2005 年的界定。然后对金融结构和金融稳定的相互作用 机制进行了理论和实证的分析。在理论分析的中，以美国和部分典型发展中国家为例 分析了近 1 个世纪以来，发生在美国和这些发展中国家的影响较大的金融危机中，金 融结构如何变化以及如何影响的金融稳定。实证部分，笔者选取金融结构中具有代表 性的结构衡量指标为因变量，采用 Logit 模型定量分析了不同结构的变化对金融稳定 的影响大小。最后，结合理论分析和实证结论以及我国的国情，提出了我国金融结构 调整优化的政策建议。 关键词：金融结构 金融稳定 作用机制 结构调整 ii ii ABSTRACT The global financial crisis triggered by Sub-prime crisis in the United States, which changed American’s financial structure drastically, may even will affect the changes of the world financial architecture. At the same time, American-style financial model was oppugned. The financial stability has been the focus of the world. Almost national financial authorities have begun to issue financial stability-related data and policy interpretation, and early warning of instability timely, involved the US’ Government. Currently, the theoretical problem of the financial stability is of the cutting-edge issues in finance. The study has just started on the financial stability, and there is a big difference in the definition of what is financial stability. Many scholars study the financial stability by studying the stability of banks; this study has many limitations because that financial stability is not only the stability of the banking. The author found that financial structure changes often lead to financial crisis financial crises when study the financial crisis, an extreme cases of financial instability. But presently, scholars mainly focused on purely theoretical study when study the financial structure, or study the relationship between
