摘要随着经济社会的发展，人们对生产生活中的安全性追求越来越高。与以往 摘要 随着经济社会的发展，人们对生产生活中的安全性追求越来越高。与以往 相比，各个领域的研究都更加关注安全性管理，物流系统的安全性管理也已经 成为热点问题。尽管物流系统安全性管理的相关研究已经开展多年，但定量度 量物流系统安全性仍然是一个难点。 本文以酒类商品运输系统为研究对象，尝试给出其安全性度量方法和模 型，辅助酒类商品运输企业进行安全投资的科学决策，使得酒类商品运输企业 在确定合适的安全性水平的目标下进行科学的安全投资决策，实现洒类商品运 输系统安全运营。 安全性定量度量方法有多种选择，本文选择安全性总成本与系统总价值的 比值来衡量物流系统的安全性水平。由于安全性水平的度量方法大多比较抽 象，本文选择运用安全性成本来直观表达系统的安全性水平。安全性总成本分 为前期安全性投资以及后期发生事故的损失期望两部分，一般情况下前期安全 性投资越高，后期发生事故的损失期望越低，这中间存在一个均衡点，论文以 总成本为目标研究了这一优化问题。由于安全性总成本不能直接表明系统的安 全性水平，本文将安全性总成本与系统本身总价值进行比较，通过相对的比例 反映系统安全性。 酒类商品运输企业以合理的运输系统安全性水平为追求目标，可以选择单 独降低安全事故发生率、单独降低货物破损率、综合考虑降低事故发生率与降 低货物破损率等决定，本文通过对度量模型进行分析和实际算例的验证发现， 不管企业选择那种安全投资策略都可以根据自身情况进行科学决策，使系统达 到最高的安全性水平。 通过研究发现，与系统的原始状态相比，酒类商品运输企业采取任意一种 安全投资策略都可以对系统安全性做出提升。综合运用两种投资策略下系统可 以达到的最高安全性水平优于单独采取一种措施的情况，因而企业既降低安全 事故发生率，又降低货物破损率可以更好地保障运输系统安全运营。 关键词：酒类商品，运输系统，安全性，定量度量，安全投资策略 万方数据 AbstractWith Abstract With the development of economy and technology,people have been more and more concemed about the security and safety of everyday life and produce activity．At the same time，the position of security study in logistics and supply chain management is getting higher．When the research methods mad study perspective become deeper， quantitative assessment and measurement for security are urged for use．This article discusses about the logistics system’S security of“1 l一1 1”sales promotion of wine goods on the Internet．Our work provides the definition of wine goods logistics system’S security,effective characters to the safety and SO on．Fortunately we also find way for measuring security quantitatively． When analyzing the factors that affect our logistics system securitN we distinguish them by in out of the system and their interaction．As the factors in out of the system can not be simply plus to be group，we must consider their interaction with each other．Our research creatively using mathematical set and polynomial combined knowledge，when the internal and external factors have the same，only need to consider one．When the inside and o
