浅析工程项目的进度管理 ［摘要］进度、投资、质量是项目管理的三大冃标，对于一个项口来说进度管理在它的全 寿命周期中起着至关重要的作用。合理、高效的项目进度管理能够对项目过程进行有效控制 和管理，及时的调整和优化，甚至能对项目除时间进度要素外的其他要素如成本，质量、风 险等进行优化控制，能够缩短项目工期，节省项目成本，降低项目风险。但这只是存在理想 状态下实现的，现实工作中人们往往忽略了对项目过程，尤其是项目进度的有效管理，导致 在项目进行过程中出现：工期延误、资源冲突、质量降低、各施工单位矛盾等各种问题，影 响了项目进度计划目标的实现。 本文通过对工程项目进度管理的认识，对工程项冃建设实施过程中进度产生的偏差，偏 差的原因分析及提出解决的策略。 Reflection on Brand with personality and CRM at the age of information [Abstract] Management, and efficient to carry out effective control and management of project process, the adjustment and optimization of time, even to the project in addition to time factorsother factors such as cost, quality, risk control, can shorten the duration of the project, saveproject cost, reduce the project risk.
