浅谈农村公路交通安全隐患及防范 ［摘要］近年来，随着经济社会的快速发展，新农村建设步伐的加快，农村公路路况得到 了极大的改善，私家车、客货运输车辆、摩托车等机动车也逐渐增多，车辆行驶速度越来越 快，其屮的交通安全隐患也逐渐凸现出来。据统计，农村公路交通事故己占全国全部道路交 通事故数量的半数以上。无证驾驶、酒后驾车、驾驶技能差、车辆状况不佳、农民交通安全 意识淡薄是造成事故的多数因素，但我国大多数农村公路特别是山区农村公路建设标准低， 安全保障等附属设施不配套，急弯、陡坡、视距不良、路侧险要等危险路段普遍存在，对人 们的出行存在着很大的安全隐患。为此，通过对我市农村公路交通安全设施情况进行调杳分 析的基础上，从旧路改造工程建设的角度，阐述农村公路交通安全存在的防患以及防范措施, 对发现的问题进行了深入的分析研究，提出儿点建议，希望有所裨益。 ［关键字］农村公路交通安全 隐患 对策 Discussion on traffic safety risks and prevention of rural highway [Abstract] in recent years, with the rapid economic and social development, accelerate the pace of new rural construction, rural highway traffic has been greatly improved, the motor vehicle car, passenger and freight transport vehicle, motorcycle etc. has gradually increased, the vehicle speed is faster and faster, the traffic safety problem shave gradually emerged. There is a big security risk for people to travel. To this end, con ducted a survey on the situation of rural highway traffic safety facilities in our city, from the old road reconstruction project construction angle ‘expounds the existing rural highway traffic safety prevention and preventive measures for the problems found in-depth analysis and research, put forward some suggestions, I hope t o b e helpful.
