后牙纵折保存治疗的临床疗效分析.PDF

经验交流 Jingyanjiaoliu 《中国医学创新》第 14 卷 第 1 期（总第 391 期）2017 年 1 月 后牙纵折保存治疗的临床疗效分析 刘亮方① 【摘要】 目的：针对后牙纵折保存治疗 的具体临床治疗方法及其效果进行分析和探究 。方法：选择 20 12 年 1 月 -20 15 年 12 月期 间本 院接诊 的 82 例后牙纵折患者临床情况进行分析 ，并将其按照随机数字 表法分为观察组和对照组 ，每组各 4 1 例 。对照组患者采取常规保守治疗方式 ，观察组患者则利用结扎丝 将纵折牙进行复位处理 ，并且对患者做 了全冠修复。通过 1 年随访和调查 ，探究患者 的康复情况与满意 程度 。结果：观察组患者 中仅有 1 例治疗失败 ，其余均获得满意的治疗结果 ；对照组患者 中则有 10 例患 者之后 出现不 同程度 的 口腔问题 ，治疗失败 ，两组 比较差异有统计学意义 （ 0.05 ）。结论：针对后牙纵 P 折患者采取保存治疗 ，可 以有效提高患者 的康复度和满意度 。既保 留了患者 的牙齿 ，也使得患者进行 了 全冠修复治疗 ，疗效明显 ，过程安全可靠 ，具有临床推广意义和价值 。 【关键词】 后牙纵折 ； 保存治疗 ； 治疗方法 ； 临床效果 Analysis the Clinical Curative Effect of Conservative Treatment in Posterior Teeth with Longitudinal Fracture/LIU Liang-fang.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（01）：100-103 【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze and explore the clinical curative effect of conservative treatment in posterior teeth with longitudinal fracture.Method：82 patients of posterior teeth with longitudinal fracture were selected in our hospital from January 20 12 to December 20 15.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group ，4 1 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional conservative treatment ， the observation group was given ligation silk will be reset longitudinal fold teeth processing and the patient made a full crown restoration.Through one year follow-up and investigation ， the rehabilitation and satisfaction of two groups were explored.Result：The observation group had only one treatment failure ， the others all obtain satisfactory treatment outcome.10 patients had different degrees of oral problems in control group ，the treatment was failure. compared two groups of that ，the difference was statistically significant （ 0.05 ）.Conclusion：For patients of
