西南医科大学学报 2018 年 第41 卷 第1期 86 Journal of Sowthwest Medical University Vol.41 No.1 2018 论 著 延续护理在预防带管出院患者气管导管 并发症中的效果观察 廖 娜，马 俊，李 燕 （西南医科大学附属医院耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科，四川泸州 646000） 摘 要 目的: 通过延续护理减少患者气管导管的并发症及意外发生率，提高气管切开带管出院患者的生存质量。方法：将 70 例气管切开带管出院的患者随机分为2 组，研究组和对照组，各35 例。出院时对照组按气管切开常规护理进行出院指导，研 究组行常规护理指导外继续行延续护理方案。1、3、6 个月后对两组患者发生气管导管并发症的情况进行比较和评定。结果：1 个月内两组患者并发症发生率都很低，差异无统计学意义（P 0.05）；3 个月到6 个月研究组患者并发症发生率逐渐低于对照 组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；6 个月研究组患者再次入院率明显低于对照组，治疗依从性、操作掌握性、心态良好性明显优 于对照组。结论：延续护理能有效减少带管出院患者气管导管并发症，提高患者的生存质量。 关键词延续护理；气管切开并发症；出院患者；效果观察 中图分类号 R762 文献标志码 A doi:10.3969/j.issn.2096-3351.2018.01.020 Effect of continuous nursing care on the prevention of complications in discharged patients with tracheal catheter LIAO Na ，MA Jun ，LI Yan DepartmentofOtolaryngologyHeadandNeckSurgeryoftheAffiliatedHospitalofSouthwestMedical University，Luzhou646000，SichuanProvince,China Abstract Objective:To reduce the risk of complications and accidents in patients with tracheal catheter by providing continuous nursing care and to improve the quality of life in discharged tracheotomy patients with tracheal catheter.
