国际中医中药杂志2011年4月第33卷第4期 Int J Trad Chin Med, April 2011, Vol. 33, No.4 ·293 · ·临床研究 · 不同灸治时间对脾胃虚寒型浅表性胃炎 胃肠激素的影响 常小荣 谢华 严洁 易展 刘密 易受乡 岳增辉 林亚平 宋炯 【摘要】 目的 通过观察不同灸治时间治疗脾胃虚寒型浅表性胃炎患者的临床疗效和胃肠激素的 变化，探讨艾灸温补效应的量效规律及对血清胃肠激素的调整作用。方法 将 84 例脾胃虚寒型浅表性胃 炎患者通过中心随机方法（由湖南中医药大学承担中心随机，通过手机短信申请获得随机分组信息）分 为温和灸 20 min 组、温和灸 40 min 组、药物组各 28 例。观察 3 组治疗前后的前列腺素 E （PGE ）、生 2 2 长抑素（SS）和表皮生长因子（EGF ）含量的变化及不同时点的临床疗效。结果 ①治疗前后比较，3 组疗 效差异均无统计学意义（P ＞均0.05 ）；②治疗后温和灸20 min 组、温和灸 40 min 组、药物组的浅表性胃 炎症状积分分别为(3.07 ±1.54)、(3.11 ±1.40)、(3.79 ±2.25)，治疗结束后 1 个月随访，3 组的症状积分分别 为(2.25 ±1.32)、(2.57 ±1.10)、(4.11 ±2.48)，与治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P 均＜0.01 ）；③治 疗后，3 组血清 PGE2 含量明显升高，分别为(33.751 ±1.267)pg/ml 、(33.774 ±8.583)pg/ml 、(32.583 ± 8.259)pg/ml ，与同组治疗前比较，差异均有统计学意义（P 均＜0.05 ）；温和灸 40 min 后，血清 EGF 含 量明显升高(1.331±0.823)pg/ml ，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05 ）。结论 ①三种治疗方法 均有效，但组间比较，差异无统计学意义；在远期疗效上，灸法组优于药物组；②灸法对脾胃虚寒型 浅表性胃炎的胃肠激素有一定调整作用。 【关键词】 温和灸；浅表性胃炎；脾胃虚寒证；胃肠激素 Influence of different moxibustion time on the gastrointestinal hormone of superficial gastritis patients due to the spleen and stomach weakness CHANG Xiao-rong, XIE Hua, YAN Jie, YI Zhan, LIU Mi, YI Shou-xiang, YUE Zeng-hui, LIN Ya-ping, SONG Jiong.
