[Key words] MEBO； Stamp skin grafting； Cobra snakebite and necrosis First-authors address： Yichun Hospital of TCM, Yichun 336000, China doi： 10.3969/j. issn.1674-4985.2013.35.040 眼镜蛇毒蛇咬伤是南方各地夏、秋农忙时节的一种外科 急诊，是一种常见急性生物外伤病。据统计，眼镜蛇咬伤的 病例居蛇伤发病率的第2位，局部坏死是眼镜蛇咬伤的严重 并发症之一，眼镜蛇咬伤大约有一半以上患者局部出现坏死 [1],治疗局部坏死，减少患者痛苦，减轻医疗费用，缩短痊愈时间，恢复患肢功能是医务工作者的一个重要任务。本 院2010年5月-2013年7月期间，采用湿润烧伤膏配合邮票 状植皮治疗眼镜蛇咬伤坏死11例，取得了良好的疗效。现 报道如下。 1资料与方法 1. 1 一般资料 回顾分析本院2010年5月-2013年7月 期间，采用湿润烧伤膏配合邮票状植皮治疗眼镜蛇咬伤坏死 11例。其中男9例，女2例，年龄最小38岁，最大82岁， 上肢局部坏死6例，下肢局部坏死5例。从咬伤到就诊时间 为2 h?24 d不等。最大坏死面积约12 cmX8 cm。所有患 者均见肌腱外露、患肢肿胀、不同程度功能受损。病例纳入 标准：（1）眼镜蛇咬伤并局部坏死；（2）坏死面积大于3 cmX4 cm （小面积可自行愈合, cm （小面积可自行愈合, 不需植皮）; （3）无骨髓炎；（4） 无严重脏器功能衰竭，能耐受手术；（5）对麻油不
