hs-CRP与冠心病严重程度及Gensini评分的相关性研究 泰州市第二人民医院心内科 摘要：目的：讨论超敏C反应蛋白(hs?CRP)与冠心病及其严重程度间的关系。 方法：选择2012年1月至2013年5月在心内科住院的疑似冠心病患者67例， 其中势性48例，女性19例。所有患者均通过化学发光法测定hs-CRP,所有患者 均行冠状动脉造影，并计算Gensini评分，进一步比较各组间hs-CRP0结果：hs-CRP 在稳定性心绞痛、不稳定性心绞痛、非ST段抬高型心肌梗死及ST段抬高型心肌 梗死患者中的差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)o hs-CRP在冠状动脉无狭窄组、轻度 狭窄组、中度狭窄组及重度狭窄组间的差异有统计学意义(P二0.001),但hs-CRP 与冠状动脉植入支架的个数无关，hs?CRP与Gensini评分相关。结论：hs-CRP与 Gensini评分及冠心病的严重程度相关，是可以预测冠心病的严重程度的辅助指 标。 关键词：hs-CRP, Gensini评分，冠心病 The correlation of between hs-CRP and Gensini score, the severity of coronary heart disease Abstract Objective The aim of the prese nt study was to evaluate the relati on ship betwee n coronary heart disease and high sensitive C-reactive protein. Method We con ducted a study of cor on ary heart disease from Jan uary 2012 to May 2013 in jiangyan peoplersquo;s hospital. Sixty-eight patients (48 male, 19 female) were in eluded in our study, we measured circulati ng level of hs-CRP. And all of the patie nts were tested through cor on ary an giography. The severity of cor on ary atherosclerosis was defined by the Gensini Score System. Results： The serum levels of hs-CRP among stable angina, unstable angina, Non-ST elevated myocardial infarction and ST elevated myocardial infarction were significantly difference (P二0.001), and also the serum levels of hs-CRP among d iff ere nt severity of cor on ary heart disease based on Gensini Score System were significantly difference (P=0.001) . But the serum levels of hs-CRP were not sign ifica ntly d iff ere nee among differe nt nu mber cor on ary stents. Conclusion： The serum levels of hs-CRP can be used as assistant indexes for evaluating degree of Coronary Heart Disease.
