尿毒症维持性血液透析患者血清脂联素、同型半胱氨酸指标 的变化 刘希亮 李云花(辽宁省大连市屮心医院116033) 【屮图分类号】R446.ll[文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 (2012 ) 15-0029-03 【摘要】口的探讨尿毒症维持性血液透析患者血清脂联素(adiponectin,ADPN). 同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)指标的改变。方法 尿毒症维持性血液透析患者 (A组)；健康体检者(F组)，分别测定其血清脂联素、同型半胱氨酸指标。尿 毒症维持性血液透析患者(A组)分别按照并发症和透析龄划分四组：冰毒症维持 性血液透析患者无并发血栓、栓塞组(B组)；并发血栓、栓塞组(C组)；长期 组(D组)；短期租(E组)。结果A组和F组的血清脂联素、同型半胱氨酸指标 比较有统计学意义(Plt;0?01)°C组的血清脂联素指标明显低于B组(Plt;0.05)； 而D组同型半胱氨酸指标明显高于E组(Plt;0.01)。结论 尿毒症维持性血液透析 患者血清脂联素、同型半胱氨酸指标明显高于正常健康者；尿毒症维持性血液透 析患者并发血栓、栓塞后血清脂联素可能是一种保护因子；尿毒症维持性血液透 析患者同型半胱氨酸水平与透析龄紧密相关，随着透析龄的增加呈上升趋势。 【关键词】脂联素 同型半胱氨酸 维持性血液透析 The target Changes of serum adiponectin and homocysteine in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia 【Abstract] Objective To explore the target changes of serum adiponectin and homocysteine in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia, Method The target of serum adiponectin and homocysteine of maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia (A group) and healthy subjects (F group) were measured respective!y. According to the syndrome and the duration of dialysis, The patients (A group) were divided into four groups respectively: without coagulation and thromboembolic complications in the maintenanee hemodialysis patients with uremia (B group); coagulation and thromboembolic complications in the maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia (C group); the long-term group (D group); the short-term group (E group); Result The level of serum adiponectin and homocysteine were sign ifica ntly d iff ere nt between A group and F group (Plt;0.01). The level of serum adiponectin of C group was obviously lower than that of D group(Plt;0.05), and The level of serum homocysteine of D group was evidently higher than that of E group (Plt;0.01) ? Conclusion The level of serum adiponectin and homocysteine of in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia are much higher than those of the healthy subjects.
