Objectives:
1: instructional objectives
By the end of the class, ss are able to
a. name some physical illness with the vocabulary fever ,sore throat, stomachache, toothache, etc to reply others’ caring.
b. use the sentence “what’s the matter?” to express caring to others and “you should +infinitive ” to give advice.
c. use the following listening skills to comprehend the listening material: listening for gist and listening for details.
2. Educational objectives:
By the end of the class,ss are able to
be aware of caring for others when they are sick and give advice friendly and generously
present role play confidently to the whole class and cooperate with partners well.
Personal objectives:
By the end of the class, I am able to:
give instructions concisely and clearly
encourage student to learn by individual work and teamwork
contents:
vocabulary: fever ,sore throat, stomachache, toothache, etc
structure: what’s the matter?/ you should+ infinitive
listening /dialogue

Stage2: revision:改为Lead-in vocabulary about body/ways of giving advice (3minutes)
