黑龙江中医药大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTS 黑龙江中医药大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACTS EBM(Evidence-based medicine)is developing rapidly among international medical field。It has great improvement for the transition of traditional medical concept and provides scientific guidance for clinical practice and decision． Acupuncture is widely used for the treatment of migraine，but its effectiveness can’t be confirmed fully in the systematic review of EBM．This article made an analysis and considered the conclusion is due to the disparity between methodology quality ofcurrent acupuncture for migraine clinical research and the criteria ofEBM．Thus we conducted such a clinical study． Objectives：To evaluate the effectiveness of acupuncture for migraine on the basic requirement ofEBM(Evidence Based Medicine)for clinical trials． Methods：Using random numbers table，48 patients were randomly assigned into acupuncture group and control group， which took sham acupunctm-e as placebo．Double blindness was adopted in evaluation t11Jough VAS(visual analog scale)and comprehensive marks． Results：①After the Rrst treatment，the vAS points in acupuncture group decreased remarkably．There were significant difference between the two groups (Po．01)．②One month later after the treatment，there were si喜nificant difference between the two groups in comprehensive marks(P0．0 1)．The total effective rate in acupuncture group was 84％and in sham acupuncture group was 2 1．74％．③In the follow-up conducted six months later after the treatment， it show the effective rate declined in both groups．However there were still distinct difference between them(P0．05)． Conclusion：①Acupuncture has instant pain-relief efibcts for migraine．②Acupuncture can decrease or reduce the frequency， intensity，duration and concomitant symptoms of migraine attacks．Its near result was positive．⑧The late result of acupuncture for migraine 2 黑龙江中医药大学硕士学位论文declined．But 黑龙江中医药大学硕士学位论文 declined．But acupuncture was still superior to sham acupuncture．④lhe placebo effects couldn’t
